Owner Vicky Fanberg brings 13 years of administration experience that provides exceptional leadership, organization and oversight. Twenty years as an artist allows for a unique perspective for floor applications and design.
Vicky has designed, developed and overseen many public art projects and community collaborations. Executive leadership in the arts coupled with her Master's degrees in Fine Art and in Public Administration, create unlimited opportunities for custom public, institutional, commercial and residential floors.
Greg Beem
Owner Greg Beem has over 30 years of experience in construction including concrete finishing and repair. Field work has allowed him to hone skills while the last 20 years has had a focus on training, teaching, and coaching. His trade experience gives him the ability to provide the highest quality craftsmanship, project management and customer service.

We have 30 years experience in commercial and industrial concrete placement, repair, and finishing which allows us to look at existing floor conditions from a different perspective. This experience and understanding of concrete can ensure that we will help the customer make the most cost effective decisions while meeting their needs. We have the willingness and desire to take on technical jobs such as overlays, major repair, and complex architectural floor finishes and can back it up with 30 years of experience in industrial & commercial construction. This allows us to understand the flow of construction projects and helps us to offer solutions to difficult situations and time schedules while navigating customer expectations.

Concrafted is looking for an Installer/Applicator to join our team. Concrafted specializes in concrete floor applications including polished concrete and epoxy coatings. We are a team of professionals with respect for our craft and our trade. Installers/Applicators must exhibit the following skills and values:

Technical experience:

Ability to prepare surfaces through methods of protection and preparation including grinding, joint filling, concrete patch and repairs.

Ability to operate grinders (hand and equipment), concrete saws and other power tools.

Ability to critically evaluate processes and adjust work scope.

Ability and willingness to maintain tools and equipment.

Have or able to achieve OHSA 30 Hour and Lift training

Ability to adhere to schedules, timelines and customer expectations.

Ability to understand blueprints and scopes.

Read data sheets and use products to their specifications.

Work with 2 part epoxies and aggregates.

Drive trucks and tow trailers.
