Vicky brings a diverse background in business management, operations, and organizational leadership to her role at Concrafted. With experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, and project management, she focuses on building efficient processes, supporting the team, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement, helping ensure Concrafted delivers both quality workmanship and a positive customer experience.
Greg Beem, COO
Greg brings more than 30 years of construction industry experience to Concrafted, including extensive experience as a superintendent and project manager for a general contractor. His background provides a strong understanding of construction processes, jobsite coordination, and the importance of quality workmanship. At Concrafted, Greg oversees field operations, supports project planning and execution, and works closely with customers and the team to address challenges, manage details, and ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
